FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers to the questions students and parents ask us most.

Still have a question?Send us an enquiry →
Which countries can you help me with?

We work with universities and colleges in Germany, Ireland, Canada, Hungary, France, Spain, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore.

When should I start preparing my application?

Ideally 6 to 12 months before your intended intake. Some programmes and scholarships have early deadlines, so the sooner we start, the more options you have.

What documents will I need?

Usually your passport, academic certificates and transcripts, English test results, a CV and a statement of purpose. The exact list depends on the country and programme — we give you a checklist for your case.

Do I need IELTS or another English test?

Most English-taught programmes ask for a test such as IELTS, but requirements differ between universities. We check what applies to the programmes you choose.

Can you help me find scholarships?

Yes. We look for scholarships you may qualify for and help you prepare your application.

Do you help after I arrive?

Yes. We help with accommodation before you travel and offer arrival support for your first days abroad.
